It's All About Jesus

It’s All About Jesus!

As the early church was birthed, recorded in Acts, we see that it was ALL ABOUT JESUS!

We see Jesus send His presence to overflow in them, marking and making them mobile tabernacles of His presence. 

We see Jesus embolden His people to preach the Good News that God came to save sinners by living perfectly to the Law, dying substitutionally and being raised to secure eternal life and the forgiveness of sins for all who’d believe. 

We see Jesus set His people on a trajectory of gathering together for prayer and equipping while then sending them back to their homes to do life together in the everyday while on His mission to share more of the Gospel.

We see Jesus set His people to live out radical one another life where they encouraged one another, prayed with one another, shared all things with one another and lived on Jesus’s mission with one another. 

We see Jesus encouraging them that as they suffered together on mission He’d be with them, never leaving nor forsaking. 

We see worldly governments and religious people try and stop Jesus’s people from gathering, growing and going but Jesus held true to His word-"I will build my church and the gates of Hell will not prevail-ever!" (Matthew 16:18) 

Remember today as we gather, grow and go in missional communities it is all about Jesus. 

We gather to do life because Jesus is our life.

We grow into this life by Jesus who forms us thru faith by His Spirit in us.

We go sharing this life in the everyday because Jesus sends us and goes with us. 

It’s all about Jesus.
